Roles and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Chief Digital Officer, you will be a key player in achieving Transdev’s business objectives. Within the IT Operations Department, the SecOps Specialist plays a key role in information system security and network infrastructure resilience. A real source of ideas, he or she is involved in the entire operational security cycle, from prevention to incident response. Your responsibilities will include:
Job Description
(20%) Follow-up of Group safety guidelines
- Participate in drawing up and updating safety guidelines.
- Contribute to risk analysis in coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Ensure the integration of security requirements into IT projects and infrastructures.
- Support project and operational teams in implementing security measures and network deployment.
- Optimize and secure existing networks in collaboration with infrastructure teams.
(35%) Vulnerability management
- Maintain a constant watch on vulnerabilities, new threats and attack methods.
- Develop and maintain investigation tools (SIEM, EDR, etc.) and associated detection rules.
- Manage the vulnerability and obsolescence backlog with application managers.
- Monitor remediation action plans with defined objectives and deadlines.
(15%) Security incident management
- Maintain critical services in operational condition (N3 expertise).
- Carry out incident investigations:
- Search for indicators of compromise (IoC).
- Network and endpoint forensic analysis.
- Qualification of impact and reporting of attack modus operandi.
- Produce investigation reports and propose corrective measures.
(15%) Security controls
- Carry out regular access audits (user and privileged accounts).
- Monitor IT compliance: patch levels, versions, obsolescence.
- Monitor the application of best security practices across all environments (cloud, hybrid, on-premise).
(15%) Documentation & compliance
- Write and keep up to date security procedures, proofs of compliance, etc.
- Ensure that documentation is aligned with ISO standards and benchmarks (e.g. ISO 27001).
Qualifications and Requirements
- Higher education in cybersecurity, networks or information systems.
- A Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) certification would be an asset.
- At least 5 years' experience in SecOps, IT security or incident response.
- Solid technical skills: SIEM, EDR, network, systems, forensic.
- Good knowledge of security standards (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS).
- Ability to write, analyze and manage projects.
- Team spirit, rigor, autonomy, sense of initiative.
- Ability to travel a few times a year.
- Bilingual in French and English is required.
